Returns & Exchanges
At Kyros Noor, we stand behind the quality of our garments. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unworn and unused
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Customized or altered garments
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired size or color.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional processing time from your bank or credit card provider.
